Research On Decision-making And Risk On Logistics Outsourcing Of Large Industrial Enterprises

With the continuous development of market economy, an increasingly refined division of labor, information technology advances,which has greatly promoted the enterprise management philosophy and pattern. The rapid development of logistics and the potential huge demand for logistics services promotes the continuous development of third-party logistics companies, while the market opportunities fleets, the enterprise needs a rapid response capability, so that the development will bring opportunities for outsourcing, increasingly more and more industrial enterprises, commercial enterprises tend to outsource logistics operations to achieve integration of resources to enhance the competitiveness of their core purpose. Large industrial enterprises exists "large but plenary" features, poor performance of many organizations, which affects the main industry. Logistics outsourcing can greatly promote the development of enterprises, it is necessary to study the large-scale industrial enterprises in logistics outsourcing.In this paper, outsource logistics operations of large industrial enterprises as the research object, the main research and explore the large-scale industrial enterprises in the logistics outsourcing decision-making problems, large-scale industrial enterprises in logistics outsourcing logistics providers to choose the problem of large industrial enterprises of the risks caused by outsourcing logistics How early warning and prevention issues.This article uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, first through qualitative research methods, in reference to the relevant literature on the basis of decision-making of large industrial enterprises to outsource logistics operations, and logistics outsourcing decision-making model is discussed and improved. Second, through quantitative research methods, to establish evaluation index system, with a triangular fuzzy number model of large industrial enterprises to select the best logistics provider of the problem, and gives examples to demonstrate operability. Finally, qualitative study of logistics outsourcing risk factors, a risk evaluation system for early warning, risk evaluation index system constructed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of quantitative risk assessment model derived value to targeted prevention and risk management to plan and measures.This research will help decision-making of large industrial enterprises to address how the outsourcing of logistics operations, how to select the best logistics provider in the outsourcing of how to risk after the warning and how to prevent outsourcing risks.
