Although the sales of sports betting has just volume 5%, but looking from the development of the world market, the sports betting occupies an important area.The history of the sports betting in China was long but real have issued as formal legal and regulatory agency shall be calculated from 2001. At present, our sports betting has become a big branch of China's sports industry and by 2010 China amounted 62.99 billon for sales, which has support for our sports development, however, we also has a certain gap compare with the development of sports betting of the world.The main methods used in the research are documentation method, Delphi technique, comparative method, etc. Comparing with the sales, the actual situation changes, marketing strategies for change and the stage of the event will occupy the development of our sports betting and which is divided into four stages: embryonic stage, the floor stage and the nurturing and development stages. According to the features of the development of our sports betting and after the current stage of development of the issues and questions, we suggest some advice for future development:1. Analysis the present stage of the game of the actual sales by different methods of management and using different adjust and reform policy. Reference to the world sports betting game and the development trend of ours, we improved the structure of the products.2. Coordinating the development of physical channels of distribution and according to the construction of its own characteristics, which can reduce the negative effects between the different of the game.3. We should establish a team of professional sports betting and strengthen the level of vocational training and examination, in order to upgrade the service capacities. The organization and high quality professional development of operational management team to try to separate in the management of the operation.4. We could unify the brand image and conform the resource of marketing promotion to establish local levels of the network. We can also have the opportunity to promote brands. |
