Since transnational corporations become, it has become an important driving force of economic globalization. Especially since the 90s of the 20th century, with the develop- -ment of world economic integration, technology progress and the knowledge of network technology popularization, R & D internationalization has become a multinational strate- -gy to transnational corporations. So it makes R & D internationalization process of organizational models used in the theory and practice to become a hot topic for transnati- -onal corporations. From the development process about the model of R & D organizatio- -n to see, R & D organization model has gone through five stages. Today, it is the inform- -ation age, so R & D organization modes of development should change with the times, to adapt to the changing world economic environment, to promote other enterprises deve- -lope better.China is a developing country, it will be different in business R & D internationaliz- -ation process of organizational models to be used in developed countries. Based on the research of a large number of domestic and foreign scholars in the reference paper, and drawing on previous research results, using a combination of methods about theoretical analysis and case studies, construction of the Haier in the international process of the vi- -rtual R & D organizational models, exploring the new model of the future development of Haier, and look forward to other enterprises in China play a certain reference.This paper analyzes the existing classical theory of organizational models, and anal- -yzes the advantages and disadvantages of them. Then the virtual R & D organization w- hich is the theoretical basis and the motivation and advantages are analyzed. Then aroun- -d the virtual R & D organization which describes the theoretical basis of the initial cond- -itions of the formation and evolution of China's existing three typical patterns of organi- -zation found that they all have their own advantages and disadvantages. Then analyzes to create a virtual R & D organizations need the preconditions. Last by empirical analysis, introduces the history of Haier, based on the analyzation about Haier's R&D organization, identify Haier to implement a virtual R&D organization, and then design its virtual R & D organizational models and implement of the forecast results.
