Research On The Countermeasures Of Foreign-invested Ventures' Relation Between Labor And Capital In China

With the reform and opening to the outside world policy deepening, the fields of foreign capital economy have deepened into every range of economic construction. Especially in some coastal cities and the ones which concentrated by foreign-invested ventures, foreign capital economy has become the main influence power of the local economy. Judging from the structure of production, international industrial transfer started with the labor-intensive industries. The actual situation of China is that the abundant labor resources, on the one hand, has attracted the investment of foreign-invested ventures for its cheap price, on the other hand, our laborers face huge labor employment pressure, it can alleviate the pressure of the employment and promote the development of the socialist market economy by development labor-intensive industries . Entered the 21st century, with the growth of foreign-invested ventures in number and scale, the labor conflicts have become increasingly which harms to social stability by encroach on labors'rights frequently and dispute case rising year by year. From January to May 2010, the 12 Jumping Events of Foxconn shocked the whole nation, and after that, the Strike of Honda and McDonald's Salary Event catch the public eyes on the conflict between labor and capital. These events caused the scholars'discussion and research in-depth.Resolving the issues between labor and capital in foreign-invested ventures need to summarize the experience of the developed capitalist countries in west and combine the actual situation with our country. We should dare to breakthrough the cortical theory and innovation. This article analyzes the existing problems and causes between labor and capital in foreign-invested ventures and combining the actual situation, and tries to put forward effective countermeasures to the relations between labor and capital in foreign-invested ventures.This article consists of three parts:The first part defined the concept of relations between labor and capital. Analyze the nature and the features of foreign-invested ventures in China. Explain the urgency to coordination the relations between labor and capital of foreign-invested ventures. The second part is to analyzed the various problems and the reasons of the relations between labor and capital in foreign-invested ventures ,including, the lack of legal of laborer himself, the investment mentality and profit motivation of foreign-invested ventures, and government's local protectionism in policies and regulatory .The third part is to emphasize the Party should play important roles on coordination the relation between labor and capital. The government should establish the labor law and improve the relevant supervision construction, transform government can only, practical collective consultation system. It is the way to coordination the relation between labor and capital in foreign-invested ventures by transformation of government functions and establishes collective consultation systems.
