With the reform and opening-up policy deepening, the three kinds of foreign-invested ventures have arisen and developed rapidly. In the process of development, the management-labor relations appeared as a new type of labor relationship. At first, clashes between the two parties in the economic interests were not evident because of the fact that the average income of the employees in the foreign-invested ventures cacao much higher than that of the workers in the state-owned enterprises. But as such ventures sprang up across China, though they have been contributing greatly to the economic growth of China, management-and–labor conflicts gradually revealed and were reflected in such phenomena as inequality, violation of labors rights and interests, which ,as a result, have triggered various kinds of social problems and become something worrisome in social development. If the situations aren't restricted, they will endanger not only the expansion of these ventures, but also the social stability.In order to settle the problem, on the one hand, we ought to attach great importance to it and meanwhile, make a correct judgment and analysis of the development trend of it;On the other hand, we need to take advantage of the referential experience in the developed countries and dare to bring forth new ideas to make a breakthrough.At the initial stage of the market economy, China now is confronted with diverse problems in terms of the management-labor relations. Chinese government should undertake the responsibilities of getting involved at an appropriate moment and point of penetration and bring itself into full play by making some adjustments or taking such countermeasures as, say, closely analyzing the possible causes, tightening up the trade union organization, constructing 3-party consultation mechanisms and effective communication channels. This article holds that although the conflict pattern labor-capital relationship is the mainstream of the tri-capital enterprise nowadays, there is much possibility of labor disputation. This possibility is partial and won't exert an overall influence. With the interaction of many factors, the general trend of labor-capital relationship of the tri-capital enterprise will tend to the negotiation that is the contract pattern labor-capital relationship by setting up an effective communication mechanism. That is the new idea of this article.
