With the economic globalization tide, the domestic economy situation transformation, as well as more and more new tourist resources' development and so on a series of new challenge's arrival, The competition environment of our country tourist scenic zone becomes more complex. As a sub-system of scenic area enterprise strategy, the strategic human resources management is precisely adapts the environment of competition to change unceasingly produces. In the modern enterprise strategy management, the strategic human resources management has been getting more and more important, it already either is becoming nowadays is numerous one which of hot topics the enterprise or the academic circle studied.Through the domestic and foreign strategic human resources management research results' brief introduction's foundation, the article analyzes enterprise strategy's research content and unifies the characteristic of the enterprise strategic human resources management, obtains the relation of the enterprise strategy and the human resources strategy management. Under the introduction of some basic concepts of game theory, the utilization game theory's method, the union tourist scenic zone strategic human resources management's characteristic, from the scenic area enterprise interior and the exterior two aspect analytical study some related question of tourist scenic zone strategic human resources management, the article described and analyzed the gambling of the tourist scenic zone enterprise and the applicant, the scenic area enterprise owners and the professional manager, the scenic area and the scenic area, the scenic area enterprise and the human resources enterprise, thus obtained some suggestion and countermeasure of solutions to gamble the bilateral question.Through the foundation to the tourist scenic zone strategic human resources' gambling analysis, as agrees with taking the enterprise strategy and the human resources strategy management to design and to discuss establishment of the strategic human resources management system.
