With the expansion of the company's scale and the continuous increase of human resources,the management of the recruitment,selection,entry,training,use and assessment of the employees is becoming more and more important.According to the data,from 2007 to 2017,the total number of tourists in China and the total tourism revenue have been increasing year by year,which is a good development.However,with the infinite development of tourism resources and the rapid development of tourism,the management of human resources in China's tourist attractions faces many serious practical problems.As part of the scenic strategy,strategic human resource management is being applied more and more to the strategic development and management of the scenic management department,and has become or is becoming one of the hot topics in academia.Based on the research results of strategic human resource management at home and abroad,this paper uses human capital theory,incentive theory,organizational behavior theory and resource basic theory to take the management of the strategic management of human resources management in the scenic spots of Longhushan Scenic Spot.The status quo,existing problems,and through the questionnaire survey method and the establishment of the index model empirical analysis,provide corresponding improvement suggestions and improvement measures for the scenic area human resources management,including improving the organizational structure of the scenic spot,strengthening the system construction,cultivating professional talents,etc.It can provide some reference value for strategic human resource management in other tourist attractions.
