With the development of China's market economy, the effect of SMEs in China's national economy is more important. But we can not ignore that there are many constraints hindering the development of SMEs. Among all the difficulties, financing is still a particular one at this stage. In this case, supply chain finance, as a new type of financing model enters people's attention. It is a new financing model tailored specifically for small and medium enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to make a systematic study in the model. It can reveal the advantages of supply chain financing models and improve the effectiveness of the plight of SME financing in China.This dissertation start with the analyzing of China's small and medium enterprises financing difficulties and its causes, pointing out that Supply chain financing model can solve the problem of information asymmetry effectively. Then, based on the analysis on definition and characteristics, the dissertation focuses on anglicizing the operation of the three main mechanisms of supply chain financing model. And then use fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the credit risk of supply chain financing models for SMEs. Finally, use a SME as a case for empirical analysis. The result highlights the characteristics and advantages.On the combination of specification and case studies as well as the qualitative research and quantitative research method, this dissertation finally gets the conclusion: in virtue of core enterprises'credit, third party logistics'supervision and cash flow of real trade, SCF can greatly reduced the credit risk of financial institutions. So it also is efficient and effective way to resolve SMEs'financing dilemma in China.
