The development of economic globalization has promoted the development of supply chain finance,The connection between the upstream and downstream of the supply chain is extremely close,Many SMEs have become an important part of the supply chain and have become an important participant in supply chain finance.In the middle of the 19th century,westerm developed countries developed supply chain finance business with a single business model,mainly for supply chain finance with inventory pledge.By the 1970s,the business model of supply chain finance became increasingly rich,and at this stage,the supply chain financial model of accounts receivable pledge was increased.Up to now,supply chain finance has been more standardized and the supervision system is perfect.In contrast,domestic supply chain finance started late,management processes and regulatory systems need to be farther improved,and the level of financial services for SMEs in the supply chain needs to be improved.The credit risk assessment of SMEs is the first problem that banks must face when carrying out financial services.At present,banks are not willing to bear the credit risks of SMEs,which makes SMEs difficult to finance.This paper focuses on the credit risk assessment of SME financial services in the supply chain,which has important practical significance for banks to improve their financial services.This paper first studies the research status of supply chain finance and credit risk system establishment at home and abroad,and studies the theoretical basis of supply chain finance related concepts and evaluation methods,combined with credit risk 5C theory.The factors of joining the supply chain finance established a credit risk evaluation index system for SMEs in the supply chain.The index system includes five first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 16 third-level indicators.The analytic hierarchy process ia used to determine the indicator weight of the indicator system.Secondly,based on the fact that A bank provides financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper selects two representative enterprises A and B,applies the established evaluation index system,and adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation and analysis.The analysis results show that the relationship between A company and the core enterprise in the supply chain is stable and stable benefits can be obtained.Considering the whole supply chain of A company,the risks can be effectively controlled.B company has a high credit rating,strong capital strength,and the products produced have certain competitive advantages in the market,and are among the better quality customers in the bank's internal rating.However,considering the situation of the supply chain,it is found that the company does not have a stable upstream and downstream relationship.Once the B company fails to meet the expected sales revenue,it is difficult to have sufficient funds to repay the bank loan.A default will occur.The analysis results show that after joining the supply chain financial factors,the credit rating of SMEs in the supply chain can be comprehensively and scientifically evaluated,which will play an important role in promoting the development of SMEs by financial institutions such as banks.The credit risk system of SMEs in supply chain finance established in this paper is more comprehensive than the traditional credit risk system of banks.It has good practical significance for banks and other financial institutions to carry out supply chain finance business.
