Along with 2008 American loan crisis evolution change to the global financial crisis, the international market competition is more intense, the trade protectionism threat increases. How to exist and develop by transforming or improving the strategy in this situation is an important problem that any foreign trade companies must attach importance and take some effective measures to solve. This thesis is based on the instructions of some related theories, do the research of Ningbo Sunway Import & Export Co., Ltd. Doing the useful research of this problem. Now some ideas have been applied in this enterprise and gain great effect.Under the global financial crisis, the key problem of the foreign trade company's existence and development is the competitive ability. To adjust the development strategy is the basis and the guarantee of this kind of company's existence and development. Under the conduct of this point of view, this thesis is based on the particle circumstance of Ningbo Sunway Import & Export Co., Ltd, using Baud's classical competitive theory, key ability theory and supply chain management theory, completely discussing how Ningbo Sunway train and promote their competitive ability. 1st, choose the centralism strategy as the competition strategy. Mainly in importing, simultaneously develop the export business. 2nd, mainly in the general trade, simultaneously operate bonded issues in importing business and operate processing trade in exporting business. 3rd, while developing import and export business, promote to do the agency business, to obtain win-win with the factory and trading company which have no import and export right.Under the new trading circumstance, for making Ningbo Sunway avoid the crisis to make the sustainable development, it must be led to convert their management clue, business strategy, managing structure and type of operation, thereby realize the transformation to modern enterprise, finally to create a new model of service-trade type enterprise. This thesis also brings up that service is as both the manifestation and immanence essence of the enterprise's competition element, and to create a new model and enhance the kernel competitive power of the middle-small foreign trade company. Firstly principle of all directions service is necessary, the tenor of smallness whereas full, produce supply-marketing tenor and the sale-service tenor were the manifestation of the new model, with system creation to perfect the enterprise's self-soundness by the way of new model's guarantee.This thesis research the new strategy of Ningbo Sunway Import & Export Co., Ltd. Discussing how to erect enterprise's reputation and to send up the employee's diathesis, to melt into the international economic circulation and to promote strategic management.
