With the continuous advancement of global economic integration,foreign trade is regarded as an important means and tool for a country or region to achieve economic development goals and influence the world.As the largest developing country,China’s foreign trade market has always maintained a strong momentum of rapid development.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,foreign trade once became a bright spot in the entire national economy.Excellent results not only depend on the outstanding contributions of multinational companies and large foreign trade companies,but also the result of the joint efforts of a large number of small and medium foreign trade companies.However,how to deal with the current changing market environment and whether the competition strategy of small and medium foreign trade companies is clear and clear will inevitably severely restrict their current and even longer-term development.This article takes TF foreign trade company as an example.Based on the research status at home and abroad,related literature and related theories,the literature research method and comparative research method,PEST and Porter’s five forces model are adopted to combine and optimize the environment of TF foreign trade company.Analysis of weaknesses and opportunities threats.In recent years,global trade protectionism has heated up,trade frictions against China’s export products have been increasing,and the RMB exchange rate has continued to appreciate due to market uncertainty.In addition,the current situation of the new crown epidemic has caused the global economy to shrink.Existing competitors in the industry account for a relatively large market share,the entry barriers of the construction hardware industry are low,and it is relatively easy for potential competitors to enter.At the same time,buyers continue to lower export profit margins due to environmental factors.These factors have greatly hindered The current export trade;but the positive side is that in order to quickly restore the development of the national economy,the state has continuously introduced a series of policies to increase support for small and medium foreign trade enterprises.At the same time,due to the rise of the live broadcast industry,the successful holding of the online Canton Fair in spring 2020 will stimulate export trade to a certain extent.Moreover,the degree of homogeneity of construction hardware products in the current market is high,and the threat of substitutes is negligible.Therefore,domestic suppliers have low bargaining power.Coupled with the current epidemic,upstream suppliers also urgently need to find new buyers to drive.Production,therefore,for TF foreign trade company,the opportunities outweigh the challenges.Through analysis,it is concluded that the current problems of TF foreign trade company are the unformed organizational structure,lack of competitive strategic planning,and insufficient talent reserves.Combining geographical advantages,relatively small scale and high flexibility,for the company’s long-term development,combined with QSPM matrix analysis,it is concluded that TF foreign trade companies should choose and implement differentiated competitive strategies.At the same time,starting from three aspects: adjusting the organizational structure,actively training a team of highly sophisticated professionals,and accelerating the internationalization of corporate brands,in order to ensure the implementation of the competitive strategy.
