The IT enterprise took the knowledge content high enterprise, the knowledge staff is crowded, if the management is not good, or has not placed the staff in the appropriate position, possibly creates talented person's outflow, brings the loss to the enterprise. Facing the 21st century keen competitions and the challenge, how designs a set of science effective drive machine-made system, drives the staff effectively, detains the talented person, with the good person talent, causes staff's individual development targets and the enterprise development targets unifies organically, forms the formidable with joint forces impetus enterprise to develop continually in the competition, has become the urgent question which the IT enterprise superintendents pay attention extremely and urgently await to be solved. This article first has carried on the analysis and the commentary to the domestic and foreign related drive system and the outflow management literature, for Zhejiang UFIDA drove between the system the present situation, the staff drain the present situation and the reason, the drive system and the staff drained analyses and so on relations to lay the theory foundation. Next, through to Zhejiang UFIDA drove the system and the staff drain the present situation investigation and the company had the correlation data analysis, to causes the brain drain the company interior factor and exterior profession environment carries on the inspection, obtains Zhejiang between the reason and the drive system and the brain drain relations which drains with the friend staff, expected studies through this article proposed the countermeasure which optimizes Zhejiang and causes the staff with the friend company's drive system which to drain the condition can improve.
