Human resources is the most important labor factors of a company. Only a perfect incentive system can stimulate the staff to create value for the company. To some extent, it can be said that the staff incentive system of good or bad is the key factor to decide the success or failure of the company.This text carried on a related cultural heritage search first. Then, carried on analysis to the energize present condition of ST company, found out its scarcity. Aimed at these problems, this text ask for help of to encourage theoretic instruction and proposed the incentive mechanism solution of system. From the incentive pay system, performance appraisal system, company culture encourage system and personal growth shape to encourage4to set up complete energize system. Then with this all surface for the foundation set concrete execution measure respectively, the fundamental covered each aspect that the ST company employee encourages. Based on above operating, this text for the betterment perfect submission system of incentive mechanism of ST company of, raise the comprehensive level of management of the ST company by expecting to sexual reference opinion.
