In recent years, Jiangxi Province has made many achievements in technology innovation, but the problems should not be ignored. To speed up the rise of Jiangxi, build the innovation-oriented society and enhance the capability of independent innovation, in 2008 Jiangxi Province started the "advantages of technological innovation teambuilding" program. Hence, it is of great practical significance to study on the team building of scientific and technology innovation in Jiangxi Province.After analyzing the team-building of scientific and technological innovation in Jiangxi Province through the literature, questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis ,We found that the main factors which affect the scientific and technological innovation are scientific research environment, talent system, institutional environment, team structure and objectives of national identity ; team performance and personal satisfaction are the main factors which affect the effectiveness of the science and technology innovation team. Analyzing various factors further, we found that there are problems exist in the team-building of scientific and technological innovation in Jiangxi Province such as insufficient atmosphere of scientific and technological innovation, platform construction is lagging behind, inadequate investment in scientific research, be lack of the talented leader, talent system are inadequate, the team structure is irrational, and performance evaluation and incentive mechanism is not perfect. To solve these problems, the following measures need to be taken: to create a favorable atmosphere for scientific and technological innovation; to increase the scientific and technological innovation platform; to broaden sources of the research funding; to train outstanding leader for scientific and technological innovation; to improve and perfect the introduction and flow system for scientific and technological personnel in Jiangxi Province; to optimize the team structure of technological innovation personnel; to establish an effective performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism. |
