The Analysis Of Industrial Structure Adjustment Of China In The Visual Field Of Marx's Ecological Civilization Theory

Ecological civilization theory is an important part of Marxist theory. In Marx's view,the economic and social development should be established on the basis of harmony between the human beings and the nature,while in the realization of the continuous development of human beings ,we should maintain the natural ecology with a beneficial cycle and promote the common progress of the man and the nature. At present, while we are continuing to promote the economic development, the conomic development is incompatible with the natural environment , the lack of eco-industrial structure layout is not conducive to the sustainable development of China's economy. Therefore, analysing the ecological civilization thinking of Marx's systematicly, and thus guiding the industrial structure adjustment is particularly important.By reorganizing and studying the literatures on Marx's ecological civilization theory, at first , this study has described Marx's ecological civilization theory's socio-economic environment more systematicly, and then elaborated the main contents of Marx's ecological civilization theory. and on this basis ,illuminating the ecological civilization theory's important guiding significance in the economic development.This study has been analyzed the layout of China's industrial structure both from the macro and micro aspects , acccording to the perspective of Marx's ecological civilization theory . pointing out the problems and shortages of China's industrial structure layout in ecological maintenance, and specifically giving a statement.According to the interpretation of the realistic significance of Marx's ecological civilization , combining with the problem analysis of China's industrial structure ,to identify the concrete steps and measures in builiding ecological industrial structure of the layout.From the side of concept,system,and technological level, to promote the chang of the way of development.At the same time, putting "people-oriented, improving resource utilization efficiency, making use of manpower resources"as eco- industrial developing derection. Finally, normativing the ecological actors and the enterprise's ecological producting by the social responsibility,technology research and development, and ecological aspects of capital investment and system construction.In a word ,If we want to achieve the economy and society's continuous development,we must optimize the industrial structure layout, with the view of ecological maintaining,to maintain a reasonable proportion of different industries,to optimize the intra-industry structure,to shape a eco-industry concept and regulate the acts of the producers,so as to realize a ecological production situation from macro to micro.
