With the development of economy globalization, Chinese auto industry has made remarkable achievements. Domestic automobile production and marketing showed a steady growth, and ranked first in the world for 6 consecutive years. Automotive industry and its related industries have become one of the pillar industries in China, as an important basic industry of national economic and social development.Human resources as a driving force for the resource integration and application of the enterprise is generally considered to be the core resources to stimulate sustained economic growth and sustainable development of enterprises. Human resource management configuration has become an important issue in human resource management. With the aggravation of the competition of the global market, the challenge and the pressure of the automobile manufacturing enterprises are becoming more and more serious. Most of the automobile manufacturing enterprise has transformed single species, large quantities, slow rhythm from variety, small batch, and fast rhythm of elastic and lean production mode change. Thus requirements of human resources is becoming more and more flexible and diversified, especially proposed new requirements to first-line production staff configuration and optimization. The level of human resources allocation efficiency will directly affect not only the utilization rate of human resources but also the enterprise’s investment income.GZMH Company is an automobile parts company which production model transition to the lean production; meanwhile the human resources allocation needs to be adjusted. This article takes GZMH company as the research objective, base on literature research, Summarize, analyze human resource management features of auto parts manufacturers and new requirements of lean productions; The use of interviews, observation, file analysis and other research methods, to grasp the current number, characteristics, and the current management model of GZMH Company’s production personnel, analysis of the gap between current situations and the requirements of the lean production model. Analyze the internal and external environment of the company’s human resource allocation with SWOT, integrated the company’s strategic objectives to determine the objectives of the optimal management of production. And construct the optimal allocation model of flexible human resources to meet the demand of quantity, quality, structure and investment income. And propose implementation measures and safeguard mechanism. The analysis method, the model and the safeguard measure proposed in this paper to improve the efficiency of production human resources allocation can provide the beneficial reference value for the automobile manufacturing enterprise productive human resources management.
