This study takes the real estate industry as the research background,selected the property consultant group as the sample,and discussed the influence of Perceived organizational support,job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the turnover intention of employees.The specific research design took the sense of organizational support as the independent variable,and introduced the employee's job satisfaction and organizational commitment as the mediating variables to explore the mechanism of its effect on turnover intention.In this study,the organizational support scale,organizational commitment scale,job satisfaction scale and turnover intention scale were selected as the research tools.450 valid questionnaires were collected and statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software.The data analysis results are as follows:(1)There were significant differences in the sense of organizational support among different age groups,different enterprise nature,and different working years.(2)The community perceived organizational support and organizational commitment,job satisfaction had significant positive correlation.Perceived organizational support and turnover intention was significantly negative correlation.Organizational commitment and turnover intention was significantly negative correlation.Job satisfaction and turnover intention was significantly negative correlation.(3)The sense of organizational support can effectively predict the turnover intention negatively.Organizational commitment plays an partial mediating role between perceived organizational support and turnover intention.Job satisfaction between perceived organizational support and turnover intention had partial mediation effect.According to the results of this study,the organization should plan the human resource system of the enterprise according to its own system and the age or work experience of employees.We should pay attention to the work support for the members of the organization,enhance the perception of the members of the organization for the organizational support,and then improve the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the members,so as to reduce the turnover rate and form a stable team.
