The purpose of this paper is to examine the moderating role of power distance between the relationship of abusive supervision and team commitment/voice behavior.The main variables were reviewed and the research hypotheses and model was built on the literature. This paper researched the destructive and harmful of supervisors'abusive supervision bases on employees'team commitment and voice behavior, analyzed the moderating role of power distance between abusive supervision and team commitment/voice behavior.This research carried the questionnaire survey and the sample was 244 employees of 55 teams of 16 enterprises in Shenzhen. The data was analyzed with software Amos 5.0 and SPSS 13.0. First, the reliability and validity of the scales were assessed. Then, differences between the 3 variables which this research involves were confirmed through the confirmative factor analysis. Finally, the hypotheses were tested by regression analysis.The research has found, abusive supervision of supervisor had a negative impact on employee's team commitment, and employee's power distance moderated this relationship between abusive supervision and team commitment, in such a way that abusive supervision had a stronger negative effect on employees'team commitment when the employees'power distance was low than was high. Abusive supervision of supervisor had a negative impact on employee's voice behavior, but the moderating effect of power distance between abusive supervision and voice behavior was not significant.
