Research On Coordinated Optimization DSS Of Enterprise Logistics Resource

As the increasing market competition,the production costs and the logistics costs have becoming important facts to improve company's competition. Facing the growing customer groups,and to meet customers'demand for shorting delivery time,improving product quntity,improving service level and so on,lots of enterprises have turn from one production place to numbers of proction places spreaded in requirements gathering places.The research on the production and distribution optimization also was shifted from independed optimization research to intergreted production and distribution optimization research.On the other hand,the development and application of information technology in the production logistics field accelerate the research process in some degree.On this basis,this paper start to study the multi-producers,multi-customers,multi-products resource assignment problem.The goal is to develop a production-distibution resource assignment decision support system,to minimize the procution and distribution costs by looking for a reasonable resource assignment way to develop appropriate production and distribution strategies.This paper studied the multi-producers,multi-customers,multi-products resource assignment problem on the basic research of procution-distribution problem. This kind of problems are very complicated because of involving many facts,in this paper, we developed a decision support system to solve such problems.Considering the decision process of this production-distribution resource assignment problems,combined with the decision support system structure features,we design a decision support framework including data collection module,modeling and optimization module,adjustment module.Then we designed DSS database and model base,and we developed the logistics resource assignment decision support system using C# language and SQL Server 2000 database.In the last part of this paper,we used the logistics resource assignment decision support system to solve a real logistics resource assignment problem,dispayed the whole function modules of this system.
