Human resource management's flexibility development is now the most surging forward tide of the world work employing labor domain, and it is one of the most significant development tendencies of enterprise human resources management. As a significant phenomenon and trend of development, the influence of"human resource flexibility"is huge and the influence is certainly not only in individual country occurrence, but is global. Any country is involved in, regardless of it whether to prefer or whether to have prepared. As enterprise's essential resources, the human resources are occupying more and more important status. Therefore, how to utilize human resources flexibility theory and the strategy to instruction and consummation enterprise existing human resources management situation has very important significance.This paper is related to elastic theory of human resources principles applied to human resource management theory and practice, it introduces the flexibility of human resource management ideas, forms the basis of this theory based on flexible management of human resources, explains issues related to human resource management, and carries on qualitative and the quota analysis to human resource management's certain flexibility strategy. This paper describes the S Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of existing human resource management condition, in profited from the human resources theory of elasticity and in human resources management theory foundation, it establishes human resource management flexibility evaluating indicator system and the evaluation model, bases on this and analyzes the S Corporation existing human resource management flexibility situation, then utilizes the human resources elasticity management's different strategy in S Corporation.This paper enriched human resource management theory in the flexibility foundation content, theoretically carries on the development and the research, provides theoretical support and guidance for the enterprise human resource management's flexibility in aspects and so on strategy, appraisal, implementation and improvement.
