Study On Interactive Relations Between Tianjin Urbanization Advancement And Real Estate Industry

Urbanization is the element of the population, and other resources to the urbanagglomeration process. Tianjin urbanization has come into the stage that developed attop speed. Rapid urbanization and the development of real estate mutual promotion,but there are still some problems.Make clear the interactive relations between urbanization advancement and real estate industry,leading scientifically and planning reasonably, so that Tianjin city can develop sustainably. Basedon Tianjin urbanization advancement, the theory of urbanization and real estate, with the help ofdeductive method, atypical method, synthetic method, we can evaluate the level of Tianjinurbanization and the development of real estate industry. Firstly, after analyzing the relationshipbetween Tianjin urbanization advancement and real estate industry, we know that urbanization isthe element of the population, and other resources to the urban agglomeration process. Theincreasing of population takes great development space to the real estate industry, and as one ofthe mainstay of the national economy, real estate industry is greatly helpful to Tianjin urbanizationadvancement. Secondly, by analyzing the influence of real estate industry to several elementsbelow: the wealth of Tianjin city, rationelle verteilung of dwelling, degree of convenience aboutcity life and the beautiful environment, we come to the conclusion that the development of the realestate industry is benefit for Tianjin city to create the character as a livable city. Lastly, based onthe great relationship of urbanization and real estate industry, I present proposals for theharmonious development of Tianjin urbanization and real estate industry. That is, in order todevelop scientifically, we'd better exploit and use land resources reasonably, and handle therelationship between other sides of urbanization and real estate industry rightly. What's more,make urban planning account well in the development of real estate industry, including regulatedirectly or indirectly. So that Tianjin urbanization advancement and real estate industry candevelop in balance and harmony, and to be on good terms.
