In the new urbanization as the background of the newround of economicand social reform is China’s social development. How the enterprise inthe model under the background of urbanization of investmentopportunities is the key for enterprises in the future competition remaininvincible. As the real estate business, althoughurbanization is not equal tothe real estate, but how to use the urbanization creates investmentopportunity is very important. Attention to China’s urbanization needs tosolve in the process of carrying out the problem and the Hangzhou city overallplanning and the development of the real estate market, thusof background selectionconforms to the enterprise development strategy in thetown. Research on the strategic choice of city complex development, as wellas a real estate developmententerprise how to do well the city complexdevelopment,enable enterprises to maintain steady development in the fiercemarket competition environment.This paper uses the theory of the empirical analysis ofthe conclusion andsuggestion. The theoretical analysispart discusses the general ideas, theurbanizationprocess matters needing attention. The part of empiricalanalysis mainly from statistical data and case, the citycomplexdevelopment trend. This paper study the method of induction anddeduction methods, quantitative and qualitative analysis method and fiveforces model analysis method. By induction and deduction method of analysis incomplex development ideas; using quantitative andqualitative analysis method, elaborated the development level of regional realestate market conditions and towns;methods that enterprises are facinginternal and external environment using five forces model analysis.Analysis of three motorcycle industry Hangzhou regionalcompaniesbased on internal and external factors, the city complex choice more in linewith the national policy and the direction as the next stage of the investmentfocus,mainly because the city synthesis is less affected by the nationalmacro-control, which is under the background of urbanization will be therapid development of the industry.And then analyses in detailthe misunderstanding citycomplex development, introduces how todo city complex development of safeguard measures.
