The Study On Large-scale Public Infrastructure Investment And Financing Mode

Since the reform and opening up, China's economic has developed rapidly, comprehensive national strength has been raised a lot, these things put forward higher requirements for the construction of public infrastructure. However, our country has not model about large-scale investment and financing of public infrastructure construction. For capital cost and financial risks, huge funding gaps in government or financial institutions are still more. Based on resources and building existing, exploration of China's large-scale public infrastructure investment and financing mode not only have the theoretical significance of sustainable development for China's large-scale public infrastructure, but also have practical significance.Based on the study of domestic and international large-scale public infrastructure, we know that foreign infrastructure revelation and the Chinese public infrastructure problems. The articles classified the funding major public infrastructure investment and financing patterns from the point of view of the main sources. Also, we have a summary for each type of the investment and financing models. For the case of large integrated transport hub, first, the integrated transport hub can operate according to a classification of business and split. On this basis, we identified the different types of infrastructure investors. Combined with their own characteristics integrated transport hub, we classified the integrated transport hub on the investment and financing patterns. We studied different types of facilities, alternative investment and financing mode. And from a qualitative point of view, we have a investment and financing mode for simple evaluation.
