The Research On Optimizing Solution Of Performance Evaluation System Of Hunan Dongting Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

On this basis, the paper proposed the design principles, ideas, the characteristics and the specific design process of the optimization program to employee performance management. The new performance management system useed the PDCA system, and added feedback systems based on the existing performance management process, so that a one-way downward communication becomes two-way interactive communication. Finally, the paper described the new performance management system of Hunan Dongting Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., evaluated the new system, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages, and then put forward a number of safeguards to perfect the performance management system.Different research method and recognition on performance management will result in different implementation methods and effects, which largely affect the realization of the company's strategic objectives. This paper will seek the applicable performance management and improvement measures for the Hunan Dongting Lake Company, providing consulting significance for homologous enterprises to improve the organizational performance.
