The Research Of Low-carbon Tourism Public Policy

Though tourism industry is called"smokeless industry". Actually, plundering exploitation,extensive operation and non—green consumption have reduced the utilization efficiency of tourism resources and destructed the environmental quality.How to solve the contradiction between tourism industry development,efficient utilization of tourism resources and environmental protection, realize the tourism industry sustainable development is an important task we are facing.Low-carbon tourism is that tourism subject, object and carriers in the process of tourism with low power consumption, low emissions, low pollution guidelines for tourism Low-carbon tourism. It is an important component of low-carbon economy and is a efficient way to achieve sustainable development of tourism . The paper also analysis on China's current low-carbon tourism policy from a public policy point. There is a lack of low-carbon tourism policy of China's macro-state carbon dioxide emissions reduction plan as a guide, development and utilization of tourism resources and tourism legislation and other issues needs to be strengthened. The author has made recommendations in tourism industry from a macro policy and internal policy ,such as to develop low-carbon economy and introduce relevant economic incentives and administrative measures to step up publicity to promote the development of low-carbon economyIt is need for the state to develop the overall plan to address climate change and introduce relevant economic incentives and administrative measures to step up publicity to promote low-carbon tourism.This article provides the necessary theoretical basis and decision-making reference to low-carbon tourism policy framework, and also has made some recommendations for countries to promote the introduction of low-carbon tourism policy.
