With the high-speed development of the IT, The IT platform already became an indispensable part of the people life . The number of IT integrated system projects increases quickly, the size is more and more enormous. IT integrated system projects'technology ,environment, people, and requirements are developing quickly and changeful, and the management is very complex. It makes project investment rises, the cycle becomes longer, and we have lost the control of the practice which is harmful. So risk management has become an important aspect of project management. The urgent task of integrated system company is to bring risk management into use.This thesis describes the status of risks management in IT integrated system project and analysis of the problem in process of integrated system project risk management, summarizes the risk factors of integrated system project. Such as design, equipment selection, system switching and network security technical risk; hardware supplier selection, process control, communication, finance, management risk; also organizations such as the risk of loss of human resources .For these problems and risk factors, proposed risk management system of integrated system project. The thesis gives detailed analysis of the overall architecture of integrated system projects, project risk planning, project risk indentification, project risk analysis, project risk response, project risk monitoring.Based on the theoretical research, the paper introduce the practice system integrated project case risks in detail on the base of the theory of the project risk management, analysis of the each entire project risks and summed up the successful experience to avoid the risk control. It comes to the conclusion that the risk management system is feasible and effective.
