OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) business model in our country's economic development has a very important role and status. However, with an acceleration of global integration, the intense market competition makes some enterprises faced with profit and thin, the more difficult situation. And as a very important external resources, the function of supply chain means more strategic significance. And at the same time, the competition among enterprises has increasingly presented as competition between supply chains. Purchasing affects the major process of the supply chain and all aspects of the organization, So its functions are more and more important. Therefore, fully playing the role of the purchasing management to improve enterprise competitiveness seems increasingly important. Yu Jie Group as the typical display OEM vendor 1990s up, it particularly should do that.Firstly, the thesis makes an overall review of the studies of the concerned purchasing management and represents the purpose and important practical significance to research the purchasing management of Yu Jie Group. Secondly, the thesis represents the purchasing management modes and the purchasing process of the Yu Jie Group, analyzes detailed the status of supplier management, inventory management and performance management of Yu Jie Group, and then finds some problems in its purchasing management. Lastly, according to the actual situation of Yu Jie Group, the thesis suggests the idea of adopting supply chain management to reform the supplier management, inventory management and performance management. Furthermore, the thesis comes up with some specific measures for resolving these problems, including establishing information-openly partnerships and alliances, optimizing the performance appraisal system, improving information systems and establishing its own brand. Expect that the research conclusions would contributes to the market competitiveness of Yu Jie Group.
