Therefore, how to establish an effective quality control system manufacturing outsourcing business, to enhance the Chinese automotive industry manufacturing outsourcing business level, and strengthen the core competitive automobile power plant has important practical significance.Based on DPCA status of welding outsourcing business, with ISO9001: 2008 quality management system requirements, from process control point of a more comprehensive analysis of the outsourcing of manufacturing operations DPCA welding quality control process. First of all domestic and international research on outsourcing theory to explain the DPCA necessity welding outsourcing, organizational structure, behavior, and cooperation in the content analysis of outsourcing of manufacturing operations DPCA welding characteristics exhibited by and points out the dragon before outsourcing companies in manufacturing, outsourcing, outsourcing the work of three stages after the focus.
