Welding Quality Management Study In Li De Petrochemical Equipment Factory

Meanwhile, it analyzes the welding technology,the major technology's quality management of North China Petroleum Li De Petrochemical Equipment Factory. How does a company develop its quality management system to a higher level after it has passed the quality system certification? The answer is keeping and continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system, which is the focal point of the quality management work of the enterprises that have passed the quality system certification.The thesis conducts some analysis and researches about the present quality management situation and quality management system of North China Petroleum Li De Petrochemical Equipment Factory, and then puts forward some improvement measures about the factors that influence the factory's quality management system's continuous improvement. At the same time the thesis gives an overall elaboration about them. Now the quality management system of Li De Petrochemical Equipment Factory has been perfected step by step by taking improvement measures on seven aspects.The thesis introduces the process of products quality improvement using project management mode, by illustrating how to improve certain kind of petrochemical equipment products'qualified rate. In the research, the thesis also applies some theories and methods of statistical quality management.Actually, the research closely links with the status quo of Li De Petrochemical Equipment Factory. Thus the thesis is quite meaningful to the quality management of this factory.
