Application Of Project Time Management To Jingtong Railway Coverage Optimizing Projects

The modern sense of project management is to realize the project objectives and various aspects of the project carried out by the planning, organization, leadership, coordination and control management activities, are to rely on technology and economic management to realize the true combination of productivity in software. It describes the project management to carry out the fundamental purpose of the project is to meet or exceed the expectations of the parties to the project.By introducing the project management system of knowledge and the time management theory, especially the method of critical path management, the author completed the telecommunication project of Beijing Mobile Beijing Tongliao Railway coverage optimizing project successfully. The paper gives how to determine the project scope, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), project schedule and critical path in detail, and how to do the time estimate, resource estimate and project schedule in the critical path management of telecommunication optimizing projects. By using these techniques, the paper generates the project state chart of five phases in project implementation, gives the detail time analysis using the project field information, gets the status and trend of project schedule, and finally gives the improved actions so as to effectively control the project schedule by using critical path management method.This thesis summarizes the particularity and success experience of the critical path management in the telecommunication optimizing project, specifies the management procedures and standard in telecommunication project and provides a general guideline for the project management of telecommunication optimizing projects.
