Compensation system as the company management system constitutes an important part in the operation of the company,and plays a strong role in promoting, so set the salary system appropriate is directly related to the staff to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity to what extent, These factors also indirectly affect the company's operational effectiveness and efficiency. How to build an effective Compensation system, incentives for employees to play the role of compensation has become a most enterprises need to focus on solving the problems.This study uses a comparative literature and actual case analysis, combined with the XJX real estate agent existing system of remuneration, to analyze the effectiveness of the specific implementation and shortcomings, and then made part of effective improvement strategies to better assist companies in strategic development objectives. The article is divided into five parts: The first part is introduction; then the compensation theory analysis, which is to be the theoretical basis fos this study. Next is the XJX real estate agent background analysis, all aspects of XJX to be understanding of the company; then highlighted the it's status of implementation and evaluation analysis, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the existing compensation system, and to make reasonable improvements; Finally, part of the XJX company associated analysis system to compensation system.This article suggests company the adoption of total rewards strategy, as the company's guiding ideology. First, the purpose of using total rewards strategy to attract talented people join in XJX company, followed, by the use of total rewards strategy to better motivate staff working enthusiasm and creativity, and the third, the use of total rewards strategy to retain the company's core talent. Program to be adopted to improve the monetary and non-monetary way to build a partnership between the company and the employees and let them enjoy total rewards strategy a completely brought unprecedented experience,and workhard everyday.
