Research On Development Strategy Of Headquarters Economy In TangGu Ocean High-tech District

Headquarters economy is the result of market economic development and industrial upgrading.It's a new economic form to improve regional economic competitiveness. Headquarters economy is a economic form that enterprises layout headquarters trunkingly due to special resource advantage attraction in a certain area. At the same time, they layout production bases in other comparative areas, it make the regional resources and enterprise value chain achieve optimal condition.At present, it has been practiced in many cities in China.Tanggu ocean high-tech district is located in the new coastal region of Tianjin.It can change development mode, promote function transformation and enhance the development ability by developing headquarter economy.This research is based on the theory of headquarter economy, and it use Tanggu ocean high-tech district as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the related theory, the paper's research background and research thinking.
