Research On The Wide Band Salary And Its Application

This paper is leaded out from a most important crisis, Human Resource , which is faced by most China's enterprises. Through related analysis, this paper points out that the main reason of the crisis is the salary structure, and it further introduces the concept of Broadband Salary based on the analysis of the traditional salary structure.Is Broadband Salary model which rised in the United States and is being generally adopted by many multinational suitable for China's enterprises?
