This paper is leaded out from a most important crisis, Human Resource , which is faced by most China's enterprises. Through related analysis, this paper points out that the main reason of the crisis is the salary structure, and it further introduces the concept of Broadband Salary based on the analysis of the traditional salary structure.Is Broadband Salary model which rised in the United States and is being generally adopted by many multinational suitable for China's enterprises? This is the main topic in this paper.Through the deep analysis of related salary theory and incentive system, comprehensive analysis of characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the Broadband Salary model is given in this paper. Based on this analysis, this paper focuses on the design skill, methods and processes of Broadband Salary, as well as applications conditions, the major problems, and so on. Finally, through case study, this paper further explore Broadband Salary model to prove its viewpoint.The main conclusions are:Broadband Salary can be applied in China and is one of the effective ways to resolve traditional pay issues and stimulate employees for Chinese enterprises. Enterprise should reflect its personality and characteristics when designing of Broadband Salary system. It is necessary to root the system on its overall business strategy and core values, and in accordance with the organizational structure and diversity of staff requirements. Broadband Salary should be designed scientifically and launched thoroughly to guarantee success.
