Private enterprise staff wage adjustment channels too narrow,so that private enterprises employees not to raise the opportunity to pay less.It is also a common problem for private enterprises to pay more attention to randomness and unscientific.The Xinmeng company located in the Frontier nationality area is a private enterprise which relies on mine resources and wants to get more development opportunities.On the basis of investigation and research,according to the requirements of strategic task and human Resources Strategic task,the salary system of the company is reformed.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the company's salary system,and puts forward a set of strategies suitable for the company's compensation reform.This research adopts "modular Strategy + broadband Compensation Strategy" combination,first,the company's current salary system is divided into 4 modules,focusing on the position of the module to broaden the wage bandwidth,the introduction of broadband pay means.In the face of different job levels and provide different efficiency of employees,try to use different compensation module combination to meet the different positions on the pay requirements.Under the background of the point method,this study evaluates and classifies the value of posts with the core elements of post value,and uses key elements to comprehensively measure the status value of employees.By summarizing the objective value of the post into 5 categories,the employee's 6 value states in the post,and their 22 crosses constitute a basic position salary selection matrix with 30 adaptation points.This matrix provides a broad space for employee compensation positioning.Based on the application of the basic position wage selection matrix with the performance wage module,the paper provides the company with the double elasticity forming strategy scheme of "job unchanged salary adjustment" and "work performance salary adjustment".To enable employees to get a pay raise without a promotion or change of position.
