| Comprehensive evaluation on the operation effect of the construction company can help us totally grasp the situation of them, know the advantages or disadvantages in the development, so as to make policy efficiently to solve the problems of them, and accelerate the construction company to develop healthily, sustainably, and harmonically, and make more contributions to the economic development of the country.On the basis of fundamental theory of operational effect of the construction company, and the definition of the construction company, the operational theory of the construction company is analyzed and researched. Based on the past research results, the basic comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the operation effect of the company is confirmed, and according to fuzzy preference relation theory, the indicators are selected, so as to confirm the final comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the operation effect of the company. Grey relations theory is introduced into the process of evaluation to solve the disadvantage of the fuzzy comprehensive, which is used to calculate membership of the factors, and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the operation effect of the construction company is proposed. Case study on three construction companies, the application of the model is demonstrated, and which also has shown the model is scientific and applicable. Finally, the paper is summarized, the disadvantage of the paper is explained, and the future study of the field is also proposed. |
