Oil security has always been related to the national security strategy. China's oil supply is increasingly vulnerable in the turbulent world oil market with its import dependence going up constantly and mounting pressure to meet strong demand brought about by strong economic growth momentum.The thesis makes a comprehensive analysis on the China energy environment under the globalization background, and put forward proposal that China should entry into IEA (International Energy Agency).The thesis analyzes the national interest levels of China entry into IEA, and then applies game theory's method to research the strength gambling of all parties on the topic of China entry.Finally, the thesis analysis the challenge and opportunity that China may face on the process of entry into IEA, and further brings forward our countermeasures.
