Strategic Research On The Diversified Management Of The State-owned Coal Enterprises

The coal-mining enterprises are the resource-exhausting ones. In order to gain sustainable development, the enterprises would be managed in diversified way. While the state-owned coal mining enterprises major in coal, it is an important research and realistic task for them to put forward the suitable diversified strategic management, to strengthen the diversified projects and to cultivate more competitive business to take the place of the coal industry depending on the coal.With the guidance of Professor Wang bo from the Management College of Tianjin University and the help of SF Group,"strategic researches on the diversified management of the state-owned coal enterprises"has been made. Taking SF Group as an example, it deals with the state-owned coal industry's situation, motivation and necessity for diversified strategy, conditions, models and cost. Specially, it analyses the problems that exist in the diversified management of the state-owned coal enterprises. It finds the way to solve the problems and measures that should be taken to carry out the suitable diversified management strategy.
