China is a large country, rich in to’urism resources, whose tourism development is rapid, especially the inbound tourism, but the development of Chinese inbound tourism is not balanced. The development of inbound tourism between regions has large difference such as provinces, cities, and so on. The eastern provinces and cities whose transportation accessibility is good have developed economy, and the level of opening to the outside is high,so the development level of inbound tourism is higher. The development of inbound tourism of the western regions and part of central regions is slow, which are rich in tourism resources, because of the low level of economic development, traffic block, less contact with the outside world. The inbound tourism development of many countries which have formed the worldwide tourist destination in the world is more mature compared with China, whose visitors are numerous and from different countries in the world. This kind of area has high-profile and unique image and logo, which visitors have known. They have rich and distinctive tourist resources and good traffic accessibility. The international tourists channel is good with more international flights, and the tourism service facilities are perfect. The foreign exchange income and the number of Chinese inbound tourism is growing, but it does not form a worldwide tourist destination. This paper uses arcgis and mathematical treatment methods, such as principal component analysis to study the development of Chinese inbound tourism (spatial-temporal evolution analysis, control factor analysis in different periods, the spatial relations of inbound tourism development of provinces and cities) to predict the Chinese worldwide tourist destination. In this paper, the study can mainly divide into the following several parts:The first part mainly introduces the background of selected topic, the theoretical and practical significance of the research, the research content and innovation points, data sources, research methods and technical route. The second part introduces the domestic and foreign related research progress and review. The third part constructs inbound tourism development index with comprehensive consideration of the income and number of the inbound tourism, then selects related data of inbound tourism of Chinese provinces in 1995,2000, 2005,2010 to analyze the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of Chinese inbound tourism development from 1995 to 2010.It uses the spatial autocorrelation to research the spatial relations of provincial inbound tourism development. It selects five representative indicators, then studies the change of the main influencing factors of the development of Chinese inbound tourism by using correlation analysis method between 1995 and 2010 to predict the main influencing factors of the development of Chinese inbound tourism in the future. The fourth part analyzes the inbound tourism development and spatial difference of cities by using the inbound tourism development index and the inbound tourism location entropy, then it uses the local spatial autocorrelation to analyze the spatial relations and.the spatial difference degree of inbound tourism development about cities. Finally it selects the inbound tourism hotspot cities based on the comprehensive analysis of the above research. The fifth part analyzes the inbound tourism development of hotspot cities and its spatial relationship with surrounding cities about inbound tourism development, then it analyzes the influencing factors of inbound tourism development of the cities Finally it combines the feature and case of the worldwide tourist destination to predict Chinese worldwide tourist destination, and puts forward some development suggestions. The sixth part is the conclusion and discussion. It points out the main conclusion of the article and the shortcomings of the research.
