Research On The Developing Government Policy Of Small And Medium-Sizd Enterprises In Yulin

At present, whether at home or at abroad, the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are always an important force in the economic development of various countries around the world. They are more and more prominent on the position of social economy, which they have been the main impetus for boosting economic growth, the important source for absorbing tax and improving employment, and the driving force of technical innovation, and the carrier of a new economic growth point. However, SMEs also are a group relatively in the weakness, having some problems of their own such as financing difficulty, overall low quality as well as some external constraints. Therefore, the governments around the world have implemented various policies to promote the development of SMEs for a long time. After enacting the Law on the Promotion of SMEs in our country, the overall development of SMEs in the environment have been greatly improved. Yulin is a city in Guangxi, which is famous for the long-term development to the small and medium-sized enterprises. Meanwhile, Government's supporting policy in SMEs'development has gained the more visible effect. Analyzing the issues of current policy and putting forward the solutions is of great significance to the better and faster development of SMEs in Yulin.This thesis firstly introduces the defining issue of SMEs in various countries around the world and in China, analyzing the government's related theory for promoting the development of SMEs. Then it has an introduction to the SMEs'development situation in Guangxi, Yulin city. And the thesis also discusses the developing government's policy content about SMEs in Yulin City and its existent problems. Meanwhile, it puts forward the policy recommendations for the government to promote SMEs'development in Yulin city by learning from the government's policy to promote the development of SMEs in United States, Japan and Germany.
