Research On The Policy Of Hohhot New District Government To Support The Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

Small and medium-sized enterprises,as an indispensable part of the national economy,both in the western capitalist countries and in their own countries,in the promotion of rapid economic development,reduce the pressure of public employment,maintaining social harmony and stability has a very important role.This paper analyzes the operation status of the policy of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hohhot New City as the object of study,analyzes the current situation of policy operation,points out that the implementation of small and medium-sized enterprises is not enough to implement the policy,the reporting process is complex,the government service is not enough,financing and credit support lag.By means of the experience of developed regions at home and abroad,this paper studies the operation of SME support policies through literature analysis and comparative analysis,and analyzes the existing problems.Finally,from the perspective of raising the level of attention to the development and construction of small and medium-sized enterprises,we will mobilize the operation system of small and medium-sized enterprises to support the policy operation system,promote the construction of public services for small and medium-sized enterprises,promote the financing service and credit guarantee system of small and medium-sized enterprises,improve the competitiveness of small and medium-Healthy development of the environment and other aspects of the new urban areas to support the operation of small and medium enterprises in the process of countermeasures and suggestions.Hope that these proposals can make the new city of small and medium enterprises to support the smooth operation of the policy,but also to promote the new city of Hohhot,good and fast economic development and contribution.
