Innovation Performance Analysis Of Industrial Organization Of Rural Finance In China

The starting point, basic category and approach of the research were determined by systematically reviewing the rural financial development theory, innovation of industrial organization theory and financial industrial organization theory. Then after scientifically defining the concept and connotation, analyzing the formation mechanism from inside and outside aspects, ascertaining the main influencing factors of the Innovation Performance Analysis of Industrial Organization of Rural Finance in China, theoretical framework was built. Based on this, the article studied the characteristics in new SCP framework, and the inside and outside performance of the Innovation Performance Analysis of Industrial Organization of Rural Finance in China on the perspective of scale and technical efficiency by DEA, followed by the reasons and suggestion.The main conclusions of the research are:(1)The Innovation of Industrial Organization of Rural Finance in China conducted by the government began to play its role, yet the rural finance is still oligarchies monopolization market which leads to the low efficiency on the scale and technical.(2)The main reason of the low efficiency is the coercive institutional changes conducted by government. Meanwhile, low supervision level, lagging in economic subjects'development also leads to it.(3)To improve the performance of Innovation of Industrial Organization of Rural Finance in China, we need to enhance the role of the government in institution innovation; boost the development of rural economy and economic subjects, perfect the market mechanism of industrial organization innovation, and so on.
