Processing Situation And Its Development Direction Of Aquatic Products In Wenzhou

There are many ways to realize the achievement of fishery economics and efficiency, as well as resource protection, including the scientific regulation of industrial structure, change of the traditional aquatic processing methods, full use of regional position, characteristics and advantages, deeply development of aquatic products process, under the situation of a sharp decline of fisheries resources, transformation of economic development of fisheries. It is not only a requirement of modern strategy for sustainable development of fisheries, but also an inevitable trend of newly fisheries economic development. In recent years, the total yield of fisheries in Wenzhou appeared zero growth or negative growth, the efficiency of fishery slowly improved, especially in aquatic products processing industry due to unclear planning and direction. It results in low position in industry. In this paper, an investigation in practice and other type of forms such as filled paper were carried out on many aquatic products processing enterprises around Wenzhou, combined with the statistical data analysis in recent years. A development model and direction of aquatic products processing industry in Wenzhou were conducted and elucidated, in order to achieve economic growth in Wenzhou fisheries. It is also very significant for reference of economic development of fishery in Wenzhou. The results are showed as following.Firstly, in Wenzhou, the output value of of aquatic products processing increase in the proportion , but industry mechanism is not flexible, policy planning is not in place, generally small scale enterprises, processing technology and innovation is poor. The processing of low value-added, product quality, brand awareness need to be improved.Secondly, there are some suggestions, it cludes comprehensive usage of low value marine products, greatly developed for marine functional foods and marine drug, as well as application of special aquatic products in local characters.Finaly, it is also necessary for industrial planning, policy support, industry guidance, system establishment, channel development and other aspects of the fish processing industry in Wenzhou, They ensure the development of processing industry of aquatic product in Wenzhou.
