The Research On Dynamic Mechanism Of Urbanization Development Of Hebei Province

Urbanization is an inevitable choice for social and economic development, it is the trend of world development, and it is a symbol of the progress of human life. Urbanization has increasingly become the object more concerned about. From the reform and opening up in 1978, the level of urbanization of China continue rising; now it is in the accelerated time, Urbanization is magnificent and the prospect is excellent. Following the world trend, Hebei Province actively promotes the Urbanization and greatly has pushed the process of urbanization under three years changing. But we should see the insufficient in the back of the achievement. In 2009, the level of urbanization is 43.74%, which still below the national average level of 46.6%, and also lower than other coastal provinces, the level of developed countries is about 70%, we can see the gap is great. The various problems and contradictions of Hebei urbanization are closely linking with dynamic mechanism of urbanization.From the angle of the urbanization dynamic mechanism, this paper analyzes the present situation of the urbanization development in Hebei province, its level of urbanization is low. industrialization and urbanization are weakly uncoordinated. The result of empirical analysis are agricultural development promote, industrialization drive, the third industry accelerate and system arrangement and change of security. At last put forward some suggestions on the existing problems to accelerate the process of urbanization in our province . Hebei province should vigorously develop agriculture, accelerate industrial construction, and give full play to the third industry pull function, continue to deepen reform of the system .
