Research On Dynamic Mechanism Of New Urbanization System In China

Now,our country is at a critical moment to build a well-off society in an all-round way.However some challenges are in front of us because of the economic problems.So we must find the new growth point for it.The urbanization will bring a positive impact on cultivating domestic demand and upgrading of the industrial structure.However the blind expanding of urbanization in scale and quantity has brought many deserve problems in the past years.Under this background,the Central Committee and the State Council makes a top-level design for it.Based on this,a new type of urbanization research,which helps further in-depth understanding of the problems of urbanization,has a certain theoretical significance.In addition,urbanization is of great practical significance to the sustainable and stable development of economy,speeding up the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and solving the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers and the coordinated development of economy.The paper first defines the conspect of urbanization an new urbanization.We construct a new evaluation index system of urbanization from population,economy,society and ecology aspects.Then,after a comprehensive comparison of various objective methods,the variance coeffcient method is adopted to evaluate the new urbanization basing on provincial panal data from 2005 to 2014.We found that the development level of the four sub-systems of the new urbanization has increased in different degrees over the past decades.However,how do they affect each other in the region? Is there a spatial association among pvovince about the new urbanization system? We study these problems by PVAR model and spatial correlation theory.Through empirical analysis,we get four conclusions.First,the new urbanization system is influenced strongly by the economy,then the population,then the ecology,the society‘s influence is the smallest.Second,the four sub-systems will be fluctant by the development of economy and the improvement of population quality,but will increase by the Government‘s rectify on the environment and the public services.Third,there are some spatial correlations in the four sub-systems,and the relations are strongthen over the past years.Fouth,The aggregation shows a diffusion effect,especially in Beijing-Tianjin region and the Yangtze River Delta region.
