A Study On Inventory Management Of BR Company

In the fiercely competitive business environment, the competition between the manufactory companies is the competition of supply chain. In many industries'supply chain, inventory is the main cost. A good inventory management can help company cut cost, and maintain high level satisfaction of customers, and strengthen the competitiveness of companies and increase the earning capability.Bases on the supply chain and inventory management theories and considering with the inventory management situation of BR Company, in this thesis we study on some inventory management issues of BR Company. From inventory management perspective, we analyze the BR Company's problem in detail. According the inventory management theories, we provide a series of specific solutions to the problems.
