The Comprehensive Evaluation Model Of China Social Development Based On Combined Weights With G1-standard Deviation And Empirical Study On Sub-provincial Cities

The Social Assessment could be defined as value evaluation to the development of society that related to the whole or a certain aspects within some certain social criteria. In China, the Central Government puts forward the "people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable" scientific development concept. The idea of building a fully accurate social assessment model of social development is carrying out the practice of people-centered scientific development concept; on the other hand it could be a view of test link to the implementation of scientific development. So it is so important to promote people-centered scientific concept in the social development.By analyzing the characteristics and problems of existing studies, the paper established the evaluation model which based on the combination weights. This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter of this research is the background, research content and research framework of the study; second chapter is the establishment of social evaluation index based on the principles of scientific development; Chapter three is the combination weights model of social evaluation; and the fourth is a sub-provincial solid empirical research.Main work of this paper: (1) According to the connotation of insisting on human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, through the selection, screening and rational analysis of society indicators this paper constructed the comprehensive society evaluation index system including five hierarchy rules such as people's living quality and education,sanitation. (2) combining standard deviation contribution rate and G1 method optimally established the comprehensive evaluation model of Chinese society development, and used the section data to analyze the development of Chinese society between the ten vice-province cities.The contribution characteristics lie on three aspects: (1) Taking Gross National Happiness into evaluation system, based on the Principle of human-oriented and harmonious society, the existing research without considering the harmonious relationship between society development and people's happiness is changed. (2) Establishes the optimization model based on the principle of Minimum deviation which is between the objective and subjective evaluation result, and then gets the weight proportion as well as the importance of objective and subjective evaluation results to the combination weight. The insupportableness practice of putting the same weight to objective and subjective is avoided.
