Chinese Liquor is our national traditional products. It has a long history and it is the profound cultural accumulation of the Chinese nation's precious cultural heritage. Chinese Distilled liquor is the world's four major types of wines, and it is very famous for the unique brewing process in the world. Liquor industry is one of China's traditional national industries, which products penetrate into all aspects of the Chinese social life, and it has an important place and role in the national economy. However, the liquor industry is a very fragile industry, the industry concentration is low. It is in the low-level competition, in the state of decentralized management, and lack of economies of scale. Therefore, how to improve the competitiveness of the liquor industry and how to promote the prosperity of China's liquor industry is the starting point of this study.Industry Agglomeration is the basic characteristics of regional economic development in the world, and it is one of the very real phenomenon of economic geography. As a new form of industrial organization, Industry Agglomeration can achieve the economies of scale, and ultimately make the regional industry upgrading. Industry Chain is to maintain the survival and development of industry Agglomeration. The different segments of the Industry Chain have gathered a group of enterprises. These enterprises should form cooperation, a reasonable division of labor, sharing of market resources in the Industrial Chain. It will form industrial gathering efficiency from the basis of significant industry.In this paper, the theories of Industry Agglomeration and the Industrial Chain are the basis of study. The paper gives a brief analysis of the current situation of China's liquor Industry Chain based on the output of the liquor over the years, liquor market concentration, and element characteristics. It summarizes the characteristics of China's liquor Industry Agglomeration, agglomeration effects, organizational structure, developing trend, and its aim to build the liquor industry analysis framework of various aspects. At last, it points out the shortcomings in the industry agglomeration and in the industry chain of China's liquor industry, and proposes to enhance competitive advantage and optimize the China's liquor industry.
