Research On The Development Of Entire Oil Industry Chain In Zhoushan Based On Industrial Agglomeration Theory

The government has written the establishment of a free trade port in the government work report,which shows that the development of the port economy is of great significance to the country’s opening up and the improvement of its international status.Zhoushan is an international maritime service center that is being vigorously built by the country.The government has regarded the development of bonded fuel as the breakthrough to promote trade liberalization and investment facilitation in the entire industrial chain of oil products.As an example of an endogenous economy,oil manufacturing industry is undergoing changes in the industry structure.The oil products service industry has gradually played an important role.This study intends to establish links between oil manufacturing industry and oil service industry to analyze the internal mechanism of Zhoushan oil industry agglomeration to find the key point to break through the development of oil industry chain and the root cause of Zhoushan’s existing problems.It fills up the gaps in the theories and cases to provide scientific reference for the construction of Zhoushan Maritime Service Center.The main methods adopted in this paper are qualitative analysis and case studies.On this basis,the first-hand information obtained through field research and the collation of documents are used for theoretical explanation.In terms of qualitative analysis,industrial agglomeration theory and research related to producer services constitute theoretical support.By linking the internal economies of scale in the oil manufacturing industry and the external economies of scale in the oil products service industry,the internal mechanism of the agglomeration of the entire industry chain of oil products is analyzed.In terms of case analysis,we will comb through the industry’s public data,and present the characteristics and influencing factors of the entire industrial chain gathering of Zhoushan oil products based on primary sources.We will learn from Singapore’s international experience,and identify problems in the analysis and comparison,then make recommendations in a targeted manner.It has been found that the accumulation of the entire industry chain of oil products is based on the internal scale of the oil product manufacturing industry through research.With the deepening of the professional division of labor,the oil products service industry has emerged.The entire oil industry chain in Zhoushan is gradually being established.The marine oil industry is based on the internal economic externalization of the refining and chemical industry,and a number of oil service industries starting with bonded oil refueling are derived.Their gradual accumulation in Zhoushan will greatly enhance Zhoushan’s maritime service level.In light of the current construction of oil industry chain in Zhoushan,this paper proposes proposals in three directions.In expanding the scale of oil manufacturing industry,we must pay attention to the professional cooperation with large oil companies to optimize the industrial chain.In constructing the external scale economy of the oil service industry,we must pay attention to the development of the market and the innovation and sharing of technical knowledge.The government has to adopt policy guidance to solidify the industrial foundation and accelerate supervision of the industry.These three are the key to the agglomeration of Zhoushan entire oil industry chain.
