Rural Poverty Object Aiming Under The Perspective Of Information Asymmetry

Poverty is a major issue,which always troubling human society advances.Poverty object accurately identify is the first step for poverty alleviation,which is also the key to achieve the goal of poverty reduction.So,can whether establish a perfect poverty object aiming mechanism directly related to the future of China's poverty policy poverty reduction and performance.The information economics has been developed for decade history,but the rural poor object aiming information economy is still a "virgin land".In view of the present rural poverty object appeared deviation,aiming from the information ecomomic as a new angle,which has important meaning to improve poor object aiming accuracy and ensure poverty alleviation performance.This paper based on the information asymmetry perspective,constructing new rural poverty object aiming mechanism by exploring China's rural poverty alleviation course and researching rural poverty object aiming mechanism.This paper has six parts,the first part expounds the purpose and significance,and puts forward the research content and methods.The second part expounds the related poor concepts and information asymmetry theory basis.The third part accoding to our rural povety history,reviewing past rural povety alleviation work and analysis the current rural object aiming mechanism.The fourth part is the key part of this paper,based on the information asymmetry perspective,establishing game model and analyzing our country rural poverty aiming deviation performance,drawbacks and reasons.The fifth part combines theory with pratice,argument existing aiming deviation phenomenon in the course of rural povety object targeting by taking LYcity of HuNan provice as an example,The sixth part according to the present situation of the rural povety object aiming,puts forward the concrete measures and suggestions to improving aiming cccruacy and reducing the information asymmetry.
