With hyper growth of network technique and network society, it turns hyper-competitive between internet companies. The competitive environment of internet companies appears turbulent and nonlinear. Resource-based View is no more suitable for analyzing internet companies'competitive advantages. Compared with other companies internet company has unique features, such as positive network externalities, increasing economies of scale, large financial appeal and high risk, Lock-in of consumer, and periodicity, which make it different from traditional industry. Former theories have two way in analyzing competitive advantage of internet companies——treating internet as information technology which improve firms'competitive advantage, or taking internet flow rate as the core resources of internet companies. Both of the two views neglect the influence of external environment, and don't have an insight into the essential characteristic of internet companies. Based on endogenous theory of competitive advantage, this paper assumes that dynamic capabilities bring internet companies competitive advantages in complex dynamic environment. Furthermore, after studying internet companies'essential characteristic and former theories that how to define dynamic capabilities, this paper deconstructs dynamic capabilities in internet companies as five dimensions, which include marketing potential, assemble capabilities, organizational flexibility, strategic isolation, organizational learning, and organizational innovation. Methods of this paper include expert counseling method, questionnaire method, and quantitative methods. Regression analysis method is applied to analyze the mechanism that how each dimension of dynamic capabilities contributes to performance of internet companies from growth and proprietary. After exploratory factor analysis, dynamic capabilities model of dynamic capabilities has preferable reliability and validity. In all of five dimensions,"organizational innovation"and"assemble capabilities"represent most of the dynamic capabilities. Regression analysis shows that"marketing potential"and"assemble capabilities"are the stable factors influencing firm performance.
